All teams that pass a working test in Austria are qualified

• Class L (Novice), Class M (Intermediate) or Class S (Open)

either

1. have achieved a placement in the top 5 of their class or
2. have passed a working test with the grade "Excellent".

Danger!

The qualification must be achieved for the class in which the final starts.
ie if a participant has qualified for the FINALE in a class and passes a later working test in a higher class (this also applies to foreign working tests or field trials), the qualification in the lower class is forfeited and he has to apply for the final re-qualify in the higher class.

Participants who have already achieved 3 "Excellent" in a class are still entitled to start in this class at the finals.

Participants who have passed a higher class are no longer allowed to start in the lower class in the finals.

All qualifications that were achieved in 2008 according to the "old" regulations remain valid for the 2008 final!
