FIELD TRIALS

Field trials, often called the “supreme discipline of retriever processing”, are competition events that are held to assess and assess the work of hunting dogs on a practical day of hunting with natural game.

The task of the judges is to find the dog that they like best on that day from the hunting aspect due to its work quality. Therefore, the natural predisposition to find game-finding must be used as the most important criterion for the assessment.

The dates and the options for online registration for field trials can be found on the ÖRC homepage under "Events". The examination regulations (FCI regulations) can be found at www.fci.be
(International regulations for working tests in the field for dogs of the retriever breeds)
